As a Realtor, I believe that buying and selling real estate is a journey going from where you are to where you want to be that’s achieved by determining your goals, wants and needs, and then making a plan to fulfill them. I believe selling a home isn’t just putting a sign in the yard and listing it online. I help sellers get the most money possible for their home by providing comprehensive home preparation and marketing services proven to make more money in less time. Then I provide full transaction management, negotiations, and expert guidance from listing through closing and beyond. I believe buying a home is more than just finding the right one online, and I help buyers find homes they love for a price that works for them. From the initial search and then crafting a competitive offer, to negotiating your interests from inspection through closing, I’m right beside you all the way. I also provide virtual services for out-of-town buyers. I’m originally from Indiana, but have called Colorado home for the past 20+ years. I worked as a small animal veterinarian in Denver prior to having children, and for various reasons decided that wasn’t the right career for me. But the lessons I learned there – explaining complicated medical problems in a way my clients could understand and coming up with various treatment options when finances were an issue – serve me well when working with my clients now. Real estate appeals to both the scientific, analytical side and the collaborative, relational side of my personality! When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading for book clubs, hiking with our amazing dog we adopted from a local rescue, volunteering and watching my oldest son compete in robotics. My husband and I have three teens (pray for us!) and he owns a local aerospace software company.
