She began the path as an International Retail Buyer accruing business and negotiation skills working with global players of many cultures, developing, advertising and selling consumer home goods.

Raised by her Grandmother, Rebecca was drawn to be a Leader in serving emerging markets, focusing on generational lifespan and change challenges. Her Specialist in Aging expertise brings significant, positive impact to quality of life, supporting aging priority needs across demographics through the Compass Plus Division, as a Certified Senior Advisor. (CSA®) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Rebecca’s 30+ year commitment to the housing industry involved design/build, research, education, marketing and sales for consumer interaction in residential and commercial areas. Rebecca was instrumental in developing the “Easy Living Home” template and building certification promoted through the National Home Builders Association, The Home Depot and other major national organizations. A Caregiver, and a Registered Interior Designer®, she created award-winning residential and congregate homes with Universal Design – livable, lifestyle features to deliver inclusive lifetime homes for all ages and abilities.
