Linda Welsh’s experience includes helping family members at a time when they need to transition from one location to another, either directly with the client, with the client and family members or as an advocate through their loved ones whether they are living closeby or from afar – across country or even further.

Linda’s experience over the years providing trusted resources have helped many clients to manage what can sometimes be a very challenging and emotional time.

Linda’s experience on a personal level has been as a court appointed guardian to a family member. She has also helped many other families navigate finding the best professional resources from finding the best solution for housing, for moving, storage, for locating senior services and advocates, estate sale professionals and auction / estate professionals, trust, estate and family attorneys and other specialized senior services including nursing facilities, independent and graduated living, memory care, accounting specialists and others.

While Linda’s professional designations are many and her clients range from modest price range homes and condos to luxury real estate, her passion is becoming a lifelong advocate and a trusted advisor who can be the calm in the storm during a time of transition and uncertainty.

As a mother, and a grandmother, Linda also understands family dynamics can sometimes be sensitive or stressful. Experience, compassion, knowledge and a passion for easing that burden is what sets her apart.

Linda works alongside her husband and partner, Leo. They live in West Austin (Barton Creek) and share their home with two sweet and energetic English Springer Spaniels, Coco and Rocky. They love spending time with their family – three adult children and three grandchildren, as well as dining, travelling, serving at their church and working with non profit organizations serving the Austin area, exploring, reading, gardening, sports ….and making friends while working with great people.

Linda’s prior experience includes six years as a national speaker and a real estate coach while still serving her clients and team members, working in accounting and as a legal assistant, in sales and administration. Linda and her husband had the opportunity to move around the country with his career for many years until they settled in Texas in 1995. When they moved from Dallas Texas (where Linda started her real estate career) to Austin TX in 1998, they decided that Austin was where they found a permanent home…and, subsequently, most of their extended family has now found their way to the Austin area as well and now call Austin, Georgetown, Round Rock and Buda home!
