Cheryl Manganiello brings a wealth of diverse experience to the Emerald Coast real estate market where she applies over three decades of expertise from her previous careers in hospitality and teaching. Originally from Connecticut, Cheryl has called this beautiful region home for ten years, and with a degree in hospitality from Virginia Tech, she has a strong foundation in customer service and client relations.

Cheryl is involved with her church and has served as the Mission Chair for the past three years.  Her passion for helping others has led her to specialize in serving clients 50 and older, leveraging her training as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She is a proud member of Compass Plus, which focuses on serving the senior community of buyers and sellers. Her extensive knowledge spans across the Destin, Miramar Beach, 30A area (including Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach, Blue Mountain, Grayton Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach), Freeport, and Panama City Beach. 

Cheryl has a particular focus on Sandestin, the renowned 2,400-acre resort in Miramar Beach, where she offers specialized guidance for those looking to invest or move to this stunning coastal community.
