Cheryl Miller is a respected real estate professional with 25+ years of experience, specializing in both luxury properties and senior housing transitions across the Philadelphia region, especially Montgomery County. As an Associate Broker and Realtor with Compass RE, Cheryl delivers a concierge-level experience, blending high-touch service with strategic expertise tailored to every client’s goals.
Though deeply rooted in the luxury market, Cheryl believes every client deserves exceptional service, regardless of price point. From multi-million dollar estates to modest downsizing moves, she brings the same standard of care, excellence, and attention to every transaction.
She is a founding member of Compass Plus, a newly launched division at Compass dedicated to helping seniors navigate major housing transitions—from downsizing to assisted living. Cheryl led the formation of Compass Plus as a 501(c)(6) business league and now serves as its Treasurer. Her work with seniors and caregivers is grounded in compassion, clarity, and integrity.
Her credentials include the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation, Guild membership in the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing™, and seven additional certifications. She is a multi-year recipient of the Five Star Realtor® Award for outstanding client satisfaction.
Cheryl is also the national leader of Women of Compass, where she designed and is implementing the group’s 2024 relaunch. She serves on the Board of Directors and leads the PA, NJ, and DE regions. Her leadership fosters collaboration and growth among women across the company. She also contributes to Compass Cares, the company’s philanthropic initiative.
Before real estate, Cheryl built a successful business with clients including Walt Disney World and Colonial Williamsburg. Her earlier career in banking and the CIA shaped her disciplined, strategic approach.
Cheryl lives in Montgomery County with her husband Bob, a retired teacher, artist, and writer. They have two children: Savannah (Mount St. Joseph Academy) and Elliot (LaSalle College High School), both alumni of Ancillae-Assumpta Academy.
She’s passionate about living with abundance and giving generously of her time, talent, and treasure. Cheryl finds joy in travel, gardening, and summer days by the sea in Maine.
