She is a member of Compass Plus, a newly formed division at Compass, who’s mission is to provide older adults the highest level of real estate service, ensuring their transitions are smooth, supportive and professionally guided.

With a corporate background in IT Media Program and Project Management, she has led high-performance teams across broadcast, digital media, advertising, and measurement business verticals. Bringing these skills into real estate, she applies strategic planning, market insights, and operational efficiency to deliver seamless client experiences.

With a deep affinity for older adults, Debra’s journey in elder care began with the cherished bond she shared with her beloved grandparents. Moreover, as the primary caregiver for her aging parents, she took on the responsibility of overseeing their daily care, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Navigating the complexities of aging in place and housing transitions, she gained firsthand experience in estate planning, financial and healthcare management, and the intricate decisions that come with later-life transitions.

Beyond caregiving, she has also managed real estate aspects tied to aging, including estate sales, home renovations, and property sales. Her experiences have fueled her commitment to helping families navigate these challenges with confidence and care.
