Her extensive background includes leadership roles such as Residential Care Facility Administrator and Marketing Director for Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. In addition, she co-founded Aging Consulting Services, LLC, through which she has guided countless seniors in finding retirement communities that align with their care needs and lifestyle preferences. Liliana also served as a Community Relations Manager and Dementia Care Specialist for the Alzheimer’s Association of Northern California and Northern Nevada, where she supported families facing difficult care decisions with compassion and expertise.
