I have had the privilege of assisting individuals and families with downsizing and estate sales in a compassionate manner.

I specialize in preparing properties for sale in a way that maximizes exposure and ensures the highest possible value. My marketing strategies attract the right buyers, giving you peace of mind that the asset is being handled with care and diligence.

Beyond listing and selling the property, I also offer a network of trusted local service providers—including estate sale companies, junk removal teams, painters, handymen, landscapers, senior move managers, and stagers—who can assist with any necessary preparations. If you are not located nearby or prefer not to manage these tasks yourself, I am happy to coordinate everything for you.

Additionally, I offer access to Compass Concierge, a program that covers upfront costs for necessary improvements—such as cleaning, staging, or repairs, so that the home can be properly prepared without any out-of-pocket expenses from you. Repayment is simply made at closing.
