This certification ensures that our agents are equipped to provide guidance tailored to the needs of seniors.

Compass Concierge covers a portion of the upfront costs for home improvements which may include repairs and painting, and staging, to help your home sell faster and for a better price. You only repay the costs when your home sells. This alleviates some of the initial worry and stress.
